BOOKING POLICIES
A deposit of 50% of the cost of the service is due when booking. Without a paid deposit the time slot will not be secured. The remaining balance will be due at the end of the appointment and can be paid with cash app, zelle, cash or card, however ALL card transactions will have a fee of 3%.
Any changes made to your appointment (cancelling or rescheduling) within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit your deposit and a new one will be required to rebook.
If you are up to 10 minutes late to your scheduled visit, you will be charged a late fee of $10. If you are 15 minutes late to your scheduled visit, your appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to scheduled new appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment currently scheduled within the next 48 hours, please reach out to me via TEXT ONLY to the number listed below.
No additional guest allowed in the studio. NO EXCEPTIONS. Appointment will be canceled and no refund will be provided.
Appointments that are accommodated past regular business hours will have a fee of $30. Please contact me directly If you need an after hours appointment.
For ALL first time client appointments, come 10 minutes early in order to complete all new client forms.
For ALL lash appointments, come to your appointment with a clean face and clean lashes. If you would like to wash your lashes prior to your appointment, please come early and bring your lash shampoo & brush. If a lash bath is needed, there will be an additional fee of $10. If additional cleaning of the lashes Is needed, there will be an additional $5 charge.
For ALL waxing appointments, exfoliate the day prior to the waxing service and wear loose fitting clothing afterward if possible. You are welcome to change into different clothes after the service.
